Good to know

A job with us – not a training course

Academy is not a course package or a programme you take on the side. It is a job at Colburn, with extra time for learning and coaching built into your first six months.

  • Employed from day one

    You sign an employment contract with Colburn and start with a six-month probationary period – just like starting any new job.

  • On site in Malmö

    You are part of the team at our Malmö office, working alongside experienced colleagues and seeing how we work with customers and delivery.

  • The goal is that you stay

    We recruit to hire. The ambition is for your probationary period to turn into a permanent position as a ServiceNow developer or consultant with us.

  • Learning built into the job

    You follow an individual plan with clear goals and check in with your coach every week, so you grow at the right pace.

How it works

  1. Register your interest

  2. We meet

    We talk and meet to get to know each other and see whether Academy is a good fit for both you and us.

  3. Six-month probation

    You start with us in Malmö with an individual plan, real work assignments and weekly coaching.

  4. Continued employment

    After the probationary period, the goal is that you stay at Colburn in a permanent position.

What You Will Learn On The Job

  1. The Consultant Role

    Learn what is expected of you as a consultant when working with customers, teams, requirements, communication, and delivery.

  2. ServiceNow Fundamentals

    Build a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, common workflows, configuration, and how scoped applications are structured.

  3. Scoped Application Development

    Learn how to build applications on the Now Platform, including data models, business logic, automation, and maintainable solution design.

  4. Scripting & Web Technologies

    Develop practical skills in JavaScript for both client and server, along with HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as Bootstrap.

  5. APIs & Integrations

    Understand how systems communicate and how integrations can connect ServiceNow with other tools and data sources.

Weekly coaching

Six Months With A Coach By Your Side

Throughout your probationary period you follow an individual plan and have a check-in with your coach every week. Together you review whether the week’s goals have been met and set new ones for the week ahead. That way both you and we know how things are going – and what it takes for you to stay on.
